Dr. Rudi Richmand

Dr. Rudi Richmand went to the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine and graduated with honors in 2015. She then remained at PennVet for a one year rotating internship. Dr. Richmand moved to Wilmington in 2016 and started her career in emergency medicine. While she will always enjoy the pace of ER medicine and the challenges it presents, her love of creating lasting relationships with clients and their pets has led her into general practice. Professionally, Dr. Richmand enjoys surgery, working closely with rescue groups, and mentoring both staff and other veterinarians. When not working she is an avid traveler and Taylor Swift superfan. 

Dr. Molly Reger

Dr. Molly Reger received her Bachelors of Science at UNC Asheville and graduated from NC State College of Veterinary Medicine in May of 2023. She once held a special place in her heart for marine mammals and entomology, and now enjoys small animal surgery, building relationships with clients, and geriatric care. In her free time she loves going to the beach, playing tennis and lacrosse, bike riding, and spending time with her family and her Chihuahua “Scully.” 

Dr. Eve Mills

Dr. Eve Mills received a Bachelor of Science degree in Laboratory Animal Science from N.C. A & T State University in 1986. She graduated from N.C. State University College of Veterinary Medicine with a DVM degree in 1990. Since graduation she has practiced in Wilmington, Goldsboro, and Shallotte, N.C. Her special interests are preventive medicine and soft tissue surgery. Dr. Mills hobbies include raising chickens for egg production and gardening. She also likes to line dance and attend music festivals, traveling, camping and her family

Dr. Molly Reger

Dr. Molly Reger received her Bachelors of Science at UNC Asheville and graduated from NC State College of Veterinary Medicine in May of 2023. Dr. Jeff Dineen

Dr. Dineen received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Zoology from the University of NC at Chapel Hill in 1975 and his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree from Auburn University in 1980.


He has practiced in the Wilmington area since hat time. Dr. Dineen served as program chairman and vice president of the NC Academy of Small Animal Medicine in 1985 and 1986 he became president from 1987 – 1990, he served on the NC Veterinary Medical Association Board.


 Dr. Dineen opened his own practice in Leland, NC in 1988 and moved to the current location on Floral Parkway in Wilmington in 1991. He is currently practicing full time. He enjoys fishing and gardening. He and his wife Donna enjoy spending time with their French Bulldog “Claire”!

Dr. Charlie Jenkins

Dr. Charlie Jenkins is originally from Charlotte, North Carolina. She was accepted into North Carolina State University's College of Veterinary Medicine while she was in her junior year at Clemson University. During her three years at Clemson, she majored in Animal and Veterinary Science and minored in Theatre, and she received her magna cum laude degree in 2012. She graduated cum laude from the NCSU College of Veterinary Medicine in 2015 shortly after receiving the Faculty Companion Animal Clinical Proficiency Award. She completed an internship at a large 24-hour veterinary hospital in Charlotte before moving to Wilmington where she has worked at several large multi-vet hospitals. Her professional interests include soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, dentistry, feline medicine, and hospice and end-of-life care. Dr. Jenkins undertook extra training in dentistry and completed the Veterinary Dental Practitioners Program through the International Veterinary Dentistry Institute in 2022. Dr. Jenkins is also certified as elite level fear-free practitioner and cat-friendly practitioner. Outside of work Dr. Jenkins enjoys crochet crafting, and horse-back riding and spending time with her family- husband Jacob, son - Jameson, dogs - Dobby, Jolene and Thrasher, cats - Tyler and Noodle, and turtle Shelly.
